What we offer

An Estate Plan for Your Peace of Mind

We know you've worked hard for what you have. And we're here to make sure it goes where you want it to go.

An Estate Plan that Saves you Money

Many traditional estate planning law firms charge upwards of $2,500 to create a comprehensive estate package, and that's just for the first part of a simple will. Moreover, these firms often overprice the rest of what they offer, such as trusts and other documents. We do things differently.

An Estate Plan for Your Legacy

Leaving your property up to the courts to decide how it should be distributed can lead to a process taking 9 months to 2 years. If a will is in place, there would be already a plan of your doing for when you pass away.

We make it easy to get everything you need done, all in one place. We offer comprehensive estate packages that include wills, trusts, and power of attorney. And if you don’t see what you want, we can customize a package just for you!

Create your estate plan with confidence

We've designed our process to put you at ease, so you can feel confident about the decisions being made on your behalf.

TESTIMONIALS

“Carol offers a no nonsense, hands-on approach. She generated my home legal documents quickly, efficiently and with no effort on my side.  I asked and she produced.  Simple. Now that's service!  Isn't that what we're all asking for?"

“Outstanding service,
The help that I received was exceptional. She went above and beyond my expectations because she helped me understand what to expect when filing. She walked me through every step of the process. I would highly recommend her service!"

Carol helped put my estate plan together. She is well-organized and answered all of my questions. I have known Carol for over a year now and she takes pride in her work and gives the matters she works on the attention they deserve.

Carol has assisted several of my clients with their estate planning. Each one has had nothing but wonderful things to say about the job she did for them. I recommend her to my clients regularly with confidence in the job she will do for them!
